Arts Council In Buffalo and Erie County

Last year the Arts Council re-granted over $100,000 to our local arts community with the help of dedicated and knowledgeable staff and volunteers. The Arts Council offers several different funding opportunities for arts organizations and artists:

Erie County

The Erie County Office of Arts, Culture and Tourism provides funds to supplement the general operating budget of cultural organizations in Erie County.

The Erie County Cultural Resources Advisory Board (ECCRAB) will hold its annual Applicant Briefing on May 27, 2009 at 8:30 a.m. at the Mary Seaton Room of Kleinhans Music Hall. At this meeting, Erie County staff and ECCRAB members will review Erie County’s 2010 cultural funding application form, and discuss ECCRAB’s application evaluation process. Application forms will be distributed at the conclusion of the meeting. Interested organizations MUST complete and return the “Intent to Apply” form prior to submission of an application for Erie County funding.
