Health Insurance Do you have health insurance? We do, and we're offering it to you! By becoming a member of the Arts Council, you can get health insurance.
These rates are subject to change. If you are interested in more information, please respond by email to info@artscouncilbuffalo.org, with your name and address in the body, and an information package will be mailed to you. You may also call the office at (716) 856-7520. Insurance calls are accepted only on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 9:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. An appointment is required to sign-up for coverage. Insurance coverage is limited to participating providers in the New York State Counties of Allegany, Cattaraugus, Chautauqua, Erie, Genesee, Niagara, Orleans and Wyoming Health insurance is a benefit to members of the Arts Council.
