The Arts Council in Buffalo & Erie County is kicking off a new program called Buffalo Area Lawyers
Supporting the Arts (BALSA). This service provides assistance on legal issues, through workshops and referrals, to artists and arts organizations in the Buffalo area.
BALSA lawyers practice:

- Copyright and trademark law
- Entertainment and art law
- Music law
- Literary and publishing law
